Background:

The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC), through the National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development Secretariat (NCDDS), is preparing the Sustainable Climate-Resilient Accelerated Local Economic Development (SCALED) Project to support implementation of the 10-Year National Program for Sub-National Democratic Development, Phase 2 (NP2: 2021–2030). NP2 aims to strengthen sub-national administrations to become more modern, autonomous, efficient, transparent, and accountable in delivering public services and local development, while promoting gender equality, social inclusion, and climate resilience.

The Project comprises four components: Local Resilience Systems Strengthening; Local Resilience and Economic Investments; Innovation and Learning; and Coordination, Policy and Implementation Support.

To support the project preparation, NCDDS is seeking for: 7 Positions, Short-term
