Rural Poverty Reduction Project (RPRP) is a seven years project from 2004 till 2010 and received funds from IFAD and UNDP. RPRP is implementing by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery goes a line with D&D policy supported by Ministry of Interior. The project coverage area in two provinces Prey Veng and Svay Rieng and focus on 120,600 households who is living below poverty line. The program objective is for poverty reduction with the active participation of the poor through: Improved livelihoods, Strengthened capacity, Sustainable farming systems and natural resource management, new and/or rehabilitated infrastructure development, increase accessibly to technology, services and markets for their economic and social development.
