Regional Economic Development Program (Green Belt, Siem Reap) is a Cambodian Program under the leadership of the Council of Ministers and the Provincial government of Siem Reap.  The RED program is supported by GTZ (and other institutions of German development cooperation, including DED, KfW and InWent). The Program works with the provincial and district administrations, technical departments and local government bodies.  Outside government, important partners include the Chamber of Commerce, business associations, private enterprises, service providers, and civil society organizations.  A significant program element is a Cambodian government financial contribution intended for rural development and poverty alleviation activities and investments.
