The Project to Support Democratic Development through Decentralization and Deconcentration (PSDD) is designed to assist RGC to meet these D&D reform challenges and to overcome resource constraints to the new National Program on Democratic Development, which is expected to commence in 2010. PSDD project was signed and executing from 2007-2009. Project is supported by jointing funds of UNDP, Swedish- SIDA, and DFID-UK. The goal of PSDD is to contribute to poverty reduction. The project objective is improved sub-national governance.
