Natural Resource Management and Livelihood Program is a five years partnership program to support for poverty reduction in rural Cambodia. NRM&L carries from 2006- 2010 cover 14 provinces and 707 communes. The program jointly funded by DANIDA and DFID through a single “Multi-donor livelihoods facility-MDLF” to ensure a harmonized approach, aligned to governance policy. The main objective is to reduce the vulnerability of poor rural people whose livelihoods are dependent on natural resources. The specific target is commune council and communities within the area.
