The Identification of Poor Households (IDPoor) Programme is implemented by the Ministry of Planning; with support by the German government through German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), and (in 2009) the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID). The overall objective of the IDPoor Programme is to officially mandate standardised Procedures for Identification of Poor Households and to achieve their increasing implementation throughout Cambodia. Another key objective of the Programme is to promote widespread use of the collected data by government and non-governmental service providers as a tool for targeting services and assistance to poor households.
