The third phase of the Cambodia Criminal Justice Assistance Project (CCJAP III) is a bilateral project between the Australian Government and the Royal Government of Cambodia. Phase III commenced full operations on July 1st 2007 and will be due early 2012 which working primarily in the criminal justice sectors focusing on legal and judicial reform, crime prevention and community safety, courts, corrections and with the Cambodian National Police. The key thematic areas for the project are juvenile justice, vulnerable groups and ethics and governance. The project is implementing in Kandal Province, Battambang, Prey Veng, Kampong Thom, Banteay Meanchey, and Kampong Cham.
