Commune Council Development Project – Phase II (CCDP2) a second, two year phase of the ADB financed and cooperated executing by Ministry of Interior and NCDD (2007-2008) that focus on Commune Facilities, Civil Registration System Development and Capacity building to counselors, clerks and government officials. Media campaign (forums, television, radio, booklet, leaflet and newsletter) is also including in order that propose and implementation of local democracy is consolidated. The main activities of CCDP2 financing plan for the construction of approximately 190 Commune/ Sangkat Council offices.
