Phnom Penh-1 Sept 2010: 35 NGOs' officials attended service bidding for commune council in natural resource management project in the third quarterly meeting between General Department of Local Administration on 31 August 2010 at the General Department of Local Administration of Ministry of Interior.
NCDD Secretariat of Ministry of Interior implements natural resource management through decentralization and deconcentration (D&D). This system provides sustainable natural resource management in Cambodia to support poor family in rural areas, depending on natural resource for their living.
