The Community Livelihood Fund (CLF) Project Implementation Guideline aims to provide simple guides for all target Commune Councils of TSSLP on the preparation, implementation and management of projects using the CLF to follow the principle of decentralization, transparency, accountability and participation of all concerned stakeholders.
This guideline is developed based on key principles of the Commune/Sangkat (C/S) Fund Project Implementation (PIM) which was revised in January 2009. The project preparation and implementation processes and necessary forms set out in the C/S Fund PIM have been adjusted to better suit with CLF project preparation and implementation required by TSSLP.
