Banteay Meanchey, 30 June 2011 – Phnom Srok district: Two-commune projects were bid on 13 June 2011 with the participation of National representatives, provincial leadership, Executive Committee (ExCom) of Provincial Rural Development Committee (PRDC), provincial advisors, district advisors, commune councils, procurement committee, and contractors.
Sras Chik commune has 150-metre cornered cement pipe construction projects in three places, estimated worth of 52,146,066 riel ($13,037). This project was bid within 42.000.000 riel ($10,500). Punlei commune has feeder road repair and 600-metre single pipe construction projects in six places, estimated worth of 39.658.166,40 riel ($9,915). The project was bid within 2.000.000 riel ($8,000).
Thmor Puok district: Two-commune projects were bid on 14 June 2011 to seek lowest cost. Phoum Thmey commune has 1.500-metre long feeder road repair and round twin pipe construction project in one place, estimated worth of 50.045.265,50 riel ($12,511), being bid within 64.450.000 rile ($16,113). Kok Kathin commune has 1.500-metre long gravel-paved feeder road repair project and round twin pipe construction project in one place, estimated worth of 66.901.186 riel ($16,725). The project was bid within 63.050.000 riel ($15,763).
Malai district: This district has 200-metre concrete feeder road construction project, estimated worth of 63.892.656,80 riel. This project was bid on 16 June 2011. It is a project in Malai commune and was bid within 60.800.000 riel ($15,200). NUON HUOT, BANTEAY MEANCHEY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
