D&D Strategy
This Strategic Framework for Decentralization and De-concentration Reforms is a policy statement of how the Royal Government intends to implement its vision of the sub-national governance system outlined in Strategic Framework Document, which outlines:
(i) the objectives and priorities of the D&D Strategy;
(ii) the scope of needed reforms to achieve the D&D objectives and priorities; and
(iii) the structural changes in the existing governance system required to achieve the D&D objectives and priorities.
